Scooba Repair / Exchange Program includes:

  • Comprehensive diagnostic testing on your Scooba system, including battery and charger
  • Test results and repair estimates emailed to you in 7-10 business days
  • FREE installation on all replacement parts!
  • ONLY 100% brand new replacement parts will be used
  • FREE return shipping in the continental US (repaired units only)
  • Your choice to either repair it or exchange it in for a NEW in stock model.**

    • Terms:
    30 day limited warranty. 

    **Our main focus is to repair not replace your Scooba. If the cost of the replacement parts, not including a new battery or accessories exceeds $200 you will have the option to exchange it and apply a trade in credit for your Scooba towards an in-stock replacement.
    Your trade in credit will be dependant upon the overall condition and marketability of your trade in. We reserve the right to deny a trade in for any reason. Repair Svcs/Exchange are Not valid with any promotions, coupons or gift certificates. Estimates and Repair parts costs are subject to change without notice. Subject to in stock availability.

    My scooba had more problems than worth fixing. I opted to exchange it on a 350. The repair/exchange program did not include return shipping so with the trade-in credit I would have been better off just ordering a new unit from iRobot. [EDITED: With shipping, customer paid $369.45 through exchange service and saved $30.54 versus $399.99 through iRobot]
