  • Terms:
    *60 day limited warranty applies to repair customers who elect to send in their Roomba, battery, charger and home base for testing and evaluation.

    **Our main focus is to repair not replace your roomba. If the cost of the replacement parts exceeds $150 you will have the option to exchange it and apply a trade in credit for your roomba towards a Brand NEW replacement.  examples..  
    Your trade in credit will be dependant upon the overall condition and marketability of your trade in. We reserve the right to deny a trade in for any reason.     Service seems to be pretty good. Sent it in for repair and 1.5 weeks to look at it. Then going to cost 3/4 of the cost of a new one. Going to do it and hope it's better than getting s new one. Over all I am ok with the service and hope that it is just as good or better than new. Maybe they will throw something in free, like to old parts. LOL

    Good Communication. Cost to repair was more than initial robot purchase. Was offered a trade in value on the robot after diagnosis was complete. This would be better value if robot initial purchase was more expensive, but for cheaper versions ($200 and below) the cost of parts may be prohibitive.

    Excellent customer service, i was having problems with my Roomba Discovery and i called IRobot and they didn't even want to hear what was wrong with my Roomba. They just insisted that my Roomba was beyond repair and i should get a new one. Which i disagree with. i found Roomba Exchange on one of the Roomba's DIY forum. The guy on the phone spent a good amount of time to diagnosing my problem. So he gave me the choice of either purchasing the part i needed and DIY or send it in. I decided to send it in and it came back like it was new. Thanks alot guys.

    My Roomba is BACK!!! It cost about $100 to repair with shipping charges, but less than a new Roomba. Customer service at Roomba told me they don't fix after warranty and to buy a new one. CR Home Improvements fixed it back to new. Thank you!!!

    Words cannot express how happy I am with this fabulous company. They did exactly what they said they would do, they did it beautifully, and for a small company, they did it extremely fast. From the time I shipped my Roomba to them to the time I got it back was four weeks. The little guy runs wonderfully now, and is so quiet you can hardly hear him. In addition, the firmware upgrade means he is much softer at bumping into things---not that that was a problem, but it is a very nice improvement. Emphatic congratulations to Chris, Christine and Jeff for outstanding work on my little robotic helper. In fact, I've just sent my other two Roombas to roombaexchange.com to be repaired, and I know they will receive the same fine service as the little guy I got back yesterday. A WONDERFUL internet business!

    This was a repair order. It was handled promptly with a complete description of all repairs both essential and recommended. We quickly arrived at a set of repairs considering the cost of a new product. The machine was back to me in less than a week after I authorized the repairs. The cost was reasonable and I would check with this vendor again when I have a need.

    I was skeptical of sending my roomba off to be repaired but it turned out great. I only chose to send my roomba in and Chris helped me get my battery reconditioned when the roomba arrived back, great support and my vacuum is like new again.
