 | I am so happy to have my Roomba back! Protechrobotics was great to deal with. Responsive, understanding. They answered all my emails in a jiffy and addressed all my concerns....Opening the box was also a nice surprise. My favorite toy looked better than new. I even felt like it did move faster than before. As users we all know that these are fragile machines. I'm so glad I found a place that knows how to get it repaired - with care! It is expensive -- I debated for quite a while between getting it repaired or buying a new one - but in the end I figured it was cheaper but mainly so much kinder to our environment! thx again!
