    Shipping:
    Your purchases will ship from our location within 5-7 business days after confirmation of payment. We will email you with a shipping confirmation or tracking number if applicable when your item is shipped. All packages weighing less than 6 lbs will be shipped by USPS with delivery confirmation, larger parcels will ship by UPS/DHL ground at our discretion with a tracking number. Shipping insurance is required. We DO NOT SHIP To Guam or the Virgin Islands. Domestic shipping to USA lower 48 only, Hawaii and Alaska will be at a higher rate. No APO or FPO. without prior approval by email.

    Fraud Screening: As a fraud protection measure you may be required to provide a scanned image of the following; a signed copy of your reciept from us as authorization, photo ID, credit card used and/or recent utilities bill that shares the same shipping and billing address. If this is requested you will be notified by email with further instructions.

    International orders:
    Your purchases will ship from our location within 7-10 business days after confirmation of payment. Buyers will be required to pay international shipping, duties, tariffs or Customs clearing fees as applicable.
    All International orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail International.

    International Order over $100USD are only accepted through Paypal and limited to single item orders of any value or multiple item orders with a total value of under $250 USD per order, multiple orders are accepted. Roomba/Scooba models cannot be combined with any other item(s) and must ship separately (due to shipping insurance reasons).

    1. International order shipping address must match the billing address and country IP adress, no exceptions.
    2. Domestic USA orders placed from an International IP address, Anonymous IP or proxy IP are not permitted.
    3. Freight Forwarding is not permitted.
    4. International orders may be required to pay buy international Money Order or Bank draft at our sole discretion.
    5.     We do not mark customs forms as gifts to circumvent fees. Custom fees, duty fees or VAT are the responsibility of the customer. Stated USPS International shipping time frames do not include any customs delays which can take up to 4-6 weeks.

    Returns:
    C.R. Enterprise inc. guarantees the quality of our services with a “No Questions Asked” money back guarantee. We go to great lengths to deliver a quality product to our customers so if after completing a purchase you are not satisfied you may contact us by email to request an RMA number. Items received without a valid RMA number will be refused and returned to sender. Shipping & handling is non-refundable and up to a 20% restock charge may be applied. This guarantee is enforceable only on New, retail packaged products that are returned to us within 14 days of receipt in their unused original condition and packaging. Electronic parts, batteries, repair services, used or reconditioned parts are not covered by this guarantee.

    Item(s) being returned for an exchange MUST be returned within 14 days from date of receipt at buyers expense and MUST include original item(s) purchased in original condition and packaging. An email to us at CS@roombaexchange.com MUST be received prior to sending an item back in order to get a return RMA number. Items received without a valid RMA number will be refused and returned to sender. Shipping & handling is non-refundable and up to a 20% restock charge may be applied. Shipping charges on the exchanged item is at the buyers expense. Not responsible for items damaged during shipping, please notify us/carrier within 48 hours to file a damage claim. Buyer will be required to supply ALL needed materials for claim processing in a timely manner. i.e. photos, statement of damage and appraisal.

    Items that are returned outside our stated return policies may be refused or rejected at our sole discretion, in the event that a return is accepted any refund will be less shipping and subject to a 20% or higher restock charge and/or converted to a store credit at our sole discretion.

    Li-ion (Lithium ion) Battery Warranty:
    C.R. Enterprise inc., under the trademark/service mark of ProTech Robotics™ warranties the High Capacity Li-ion battery for the Roomba-3.4Ah and scooba-4.6Ah models with a replacement guarantee against failure for a period of (1) ONE YEAR from the original date of purchase. Qualifying orders that have been verified by our staff to have failed due to either materieal or craftsmanship issues will be replaced at no charge during the first 365 days following the original purchase date.

    The customer is required to contact repairs@protechrobotics.com during the warranty period to report the condition and to assist the service technicians in determining the cause and failure. If the battery requires further evaluation the customer is responsible for packaging and shipping back to our facility.

    DISCLAIMER: This warranty is considered "VOID" and does not cover problems, failures or damage resulting from accident, abuse, misapplication, or any unauthorized testing repair, tampering, modification or disassembly, improper operation or maintenance, usage not in accordance with product instructions or connection to an improper voltage supply except where such restrictions are prohibited by applicable law.

     

    REPAIR SHOP INFORMATION
    Hours
    - the shop is open M-F 9am-3pm EST except seasonal holidays and vacation schedules which are posted in our announcement section of each site page.

    Communication - all communication with our technicians and staff for the evaluation services and repair services are done through your user account online. Log into your account at http://www.protechrobotics.com/clientlogin.php

    Turn Around time - Once a unit arrives and is logged into the repair system you will recieve an email to update your status to "repair received".
    Evaluations - are generally completed and uploaded for review in 14-21 business days from this status update*.
    Repairs - are generally completed in 14-21 business days of final payment of the repair parts*.
    *evaluation and repair times are estimated, if there is a delay our staff will notify you through your account.
    Shipping times will vary and are not included in the estimated time frames.

    REPAIR EVALUATION TERMS OF SERVICE
    Parts - We only use 100% BRAND NEW parts and accessories for our repair service, all parts and accessories that are removed and replaced due to damage, defect or failure during the diagnostic evaluation become the property of ProTech Robotics™ for disposal and/or liquidation.

    Trade-in eligability - Roomba/Scooba Repair and Exchange program customers who opt to take advantage of our trade-in program to receive a Brand New replacement relinquish/transfer all of their ownership rights to the trade in that is used as the basis for the trade-in credit. Your trade in credit will be dependant upon the overall condition and marketability of your trade in. We reserve the right to deny a trade in for any reason. Repair svcs/Exchange are Not valid with any promotions, coupons or gift certificates. Estimates and Repair parts costs are subject to change without notice. Subject to in stock availability.

    Storage - Roomba/Scooba models that are left in our care, for 30 days after the diagnostic evaluation results are emailed to the customers registered email address will be charged a storage fee of $1.50 per day, in excess of 60 days the unit will be considered abandoned and will become the property of ProTech Robotics™ for disposal or liquidation at our discretion to satisfy the storage cost assessed.

    Return Shipping - unless specifically stated by promotional offer, coupon or sales event the return shipping for repaired units and non-repaired units is the customers responsibility.

    Warranty - 30/60 day limited warranty applies to repair customers who elect to send in their Scooba(30day) / Roomba(60day), battery, charger and accessories for testing and evaluation by our service technicians. This warranty covers the parts and accessories replaced against manufacturer defect.
    Should any replacement part or accessories fail during the warranty period not attributed to negligence, tampering or misuse that is deemed contrary to iRobots recommended operating procedures, we will replace the failed component at no charge.
    The customer is required to contact repairs@protechrobotics.com during the warranty period to report the condition and to assist the service technicians in determining the cause and failure. If the unit requires further evaluation and repair the customer is responsible for packaging and shipping the roomba to us to be evaluated and repaired. If the part we installed failed due to manufacturer defect we will replace it free of charge, if after further evaluation the failure is due to an unrelated part or component that passed our initial evaluation or an environmental condition that was beyond the scope of our care, we will complete the repairs and bill the customer at the same discounted rate plus the costs of return shipping.

    Partial Repair Requests - Our service is to repair your roomba and restore it to within the manufacturers specifications, any fault that is repairable or replaceable that has failed is required to be replaced as part of our repair service. We will not partially repair a unit or "piecemeal" a repair, If our name goes on it then it is going to be repaired properly so that you receive a functional and reliable roomba after we are done that we can warranty and stand behind.

    Warranty Waivers - Against the recommendations of ProTech Robotics, their staff, management and technicians a service customer may elect to NOT have their repair order completed as advised or directed.
    In the event that you wish to remove items from the required parts list we will no longer be able to warranty the work done and the repair service will convert to a simple parts installation service. You would be required to voluntarily waive any and all future warranty claim(s) before we can proceed.

    NOTICE: Please be aware that we are here to repair your roomba not clean it. We detail and clean the repaired areas and the internal chassis so that your roomba is ready to go when it arrives. We do not clean brushes, filters or dustbins, additional fees may apply if routine maintenance and cleaning of consumables is required, i.e., brush set, brush guard, filter, filter tray holder, side brush and dust bin.

     

    We try out best to accurately represent the condition and quality of any parts or piece of equipment that we sell through the description and detailed images of the item. When applicable, We hand inspect and test every item to the best of our abilities prior to listing to ensure the accuracy of the description. If it is not pictured or stated in the description then it is not included. Please, If you have any questions ask them before buying anything.
