This year we are taking scheduled time off for our family and co-workers so that everyone can take a much needed and deserved period of rest and relaxation before gearing up for the 2010/11 holiday season.
Please expect a short delay during this period when emailing any questions or concerns to Customer Service or the Repairs Department.
We apologize for any inconvenience that this places upon you. Please keep this schedule in mind when ordering and remain patient. All orders will be taken care in the same professional and courteous manner as you are accustomed to from us.

Operating schedule for July and August 2010.
-Shipping Department - Domestic and International orders will be processed and ship in accordance with our policies and time frames stated at http://www.protechrobotics.com/faq.php
The shipping department will close 7/12 and resume normal operations on 8/9, if there is any delay preceeding that period we will notify you by email within 48hr.
The final ordering date to assure processing is 7/10/2010 at 11:59 PM EST
-Repairs Department will be closed 7/12 - 8/9
All open invoices and repair orders that are not shipped back prior to 7/9 will be held until the repair department reopens 8/9
Customers will still be able to order the repair services and ship in their repair orders. Repairs are handled in the order in which they arrive and they will be logged into our repair service as they arrive so that you will know your roomba/scooba has arrived safely. When the repairs department reopens all repair orders that arrived during the break will be updated as to their expected time frame for the diagnostic evaluation and repair estimate.
Please expect a short delay in the repair/evaluation process due to our taking this much needed break before the 2010/11 Holiday Season.
