Operating schedule - Nov 10, 2011 - Jan 9th, 2012.
-Shipping Department - Domestic and International orders will be processed and ship in accordance with our policies and time frames stated at http://www.protechrobotics.com/faq.php through Dec 10, 2011 and should not be affected by our vacation schedule, if there is a delay you will be notified by email within 48hrs. Normal shipping will resume Jan 9th, 2011
-Repairs Department will be closed Nov 22nd - Nov 29th while traveling in observance of Thanksgiving Day.
Dec 1, 2011 - Jan 9, 2012 - All open invoices and repair orders that are not shipped back prior to Dec 1, 2011 will be held until the repair department reopens Jan 9, 2012
Due to ordering volume, new repair orders may be restricted or ("Temporarily Unavailable"). Repairs are handled in the order in which they arrive. When the repairs department reopens all repair orders that arrived during the break will be updated as to their expected time frame for the diagnostic evaluation and repair estimate.

-Lithium-ion battery production and testing will end Nov 10, 2011 and resume operation on Jan 9, 2012
Li-ion battery orders are handled in the order in which they are placed, If our available inventory of stock is depleted during this break you will be notified by email of any expected delays.
Due to the high volume of repair orders that we receive each month at PTR we are restricting new customer orders when our time frames for completion can't be met.
When this occurs the ordering status will be "Temporarily Unavailable", please check back at a later date to see if the restriction has been removed.
